Creating a space to feel calm, loved and part of an amazing community!
Offering classes for all ages, all bodies and all abilities!

A little about me and a snippet of my journey so far...
hey there, my name is jess, the founder of Luna Studios <3
I started my Yoga journey when I was 15, as I was entering the GCSE period of high school. Including yoga into my life to help me re-centre and de-stress around the exam stress that most of us go through in life. Since then it’s become an essential part of my day to day life, continuing through uni, from the physical practice, to meditation, allowing myself to be present and help me through the waves of life 🌙 I’m so grateful to my 15 year old self for going to those classes, nearly 7 years later and it’s something I can’t describe other than it has helped me through so much✨
Being able to share and teach others the practice and essence of yoga has always been what I wanted to peruse at a point in my life, it just so happened that whilst following a hard period of time in my life in November ‘22 that this training fell into alignment, and so my calling to peruse my teaching journey ✨
To me Yoga is more than the physical practice, it’s a way of life, who I am as a person and how I want to share my life with other beings ✨
I hope to use this space as a community, a space to bring people together, encouragement, uplifting and supportive. Whether you’re here for the physical practice, the community or just to see, I hope this space helps you along your own journey ✨
